EaseMyTrip+Kayak IS A SCAM. Coming from Kayak, EMT shows a huge discount but crooks suddenly bump up the price when it goes to credit card payment. Any unsuspecting customer is CHEATED squarely.

If I could give zero star to kayak for their worst customer service. I booked international flight ticket with kayak before around 3 month for my nephew. He supposed to get flight today from Denver international airport at 3:40 pm to jfk and connecting flight to Doha and Kathmandu.when we reached to airport at 1:00pm the JetBlue counter said they don’t have any flight this afternoon.the flight which was scheduled this afternoon was canceled and nobody notified us.no phone call ,no email no message. How can be Kayak this much Irresponsible for their customers. When we called to kayak asking to call Qatar airlines and Qatar airlines says we have to buy new ticket.
Kayak is saying need 48 hours to reschedule,
I recommend please do not trust Kayak they just want your money.

Search for a flight to Brazil and Kayak gave me the option to buy via gate1.co.uk at an amazing price, when to Heathrow website and the flight doesn't exist and the Airlines company don't have that flight. Total scam.

I need to change my flight schedule due to unexpected change of my work duty and I have received a great help from Crystal. She helped me address the problem and send my request to the responsible department to get it done at the earliest. She is nice and supportive. melanie helped me find a flight almost in the price I looked for on KAYAK website and disappeared . She was thorough, efficient and courteous. She even got back to me on the phone to make sure that everything went smoothly when I made the reservation.

Are there other similar companies to Kayak.com that are less expensive or better?

Occasionally the airlines may offer a cheaper ticket, but this is uncommon. I find that occasionally at Qatar airlines. This may occasionally happen if you have their club membership that may offer a discount.

Is Kayak a scam or a legit company?

Kayak.com is a legit company. I have bought dozens or tickets from their site. I always start search from them. In one case, they helped me even though I purchased a ticket from one of the vendors on their website who would not help me.

I did a direct search to the actual airline sites, and I found a flight cheaper than 100 bucks, so is it just me or does kayak only list flights up to 100 bucks and up?
